Janina Rajecki

 

Southern Track is run by Janina Rajecki.
Orginally from Finland, Janina has been based in Spain since 2008 and is fluent in English, Spanish and Finnish. She has a degree in Physiotherapy and Outdoor Activities and she is a qualified Gym and Aerobics Instructor as well as Running Technique Instructor, Indoor Cycling Instructor and Kettlebell Instructor. Besides running Southern Track, Janina is working as a physioterapist and personal trainer.

Janina is a passionate runner and cyclist, who has taken up triathlon in the last few years.

She regulary takes part in races and has shown her Finnish "sisu" in several ultra distance running races.Janina with the rest of the team makes her outmost that your vacation with us - eighter if it is a hard training week or more relaxed activity holiday - will exceed your expectations. See below her thoughts.

David Tilbury-Davis, Tilbury-Davis Coaching

David have been coaching triathlon and cycling for over 20 years. He has run training camps across the world and has been and is currently working together with world class professional athletes as well as age-group athletes.



Besides racing triathlon from sprint to Ironman distance he has participated in several ultra running races as well as mountain bike races.



As a coach, David is passionate about helping athletes to achieve their goals and to enjoy the journey along the way.

Besides Janina and David Southern Track works closely with a group of professionals.

The climbing and canoeing guides of Southern Track's sister company Sendero Sur, make sure that the activites are fun and safe. 



If you wish, we can arrange for you to train together with local professional athletes who will guide you on their favorite routes, share their training tips and race experiences.

After a full day of sports and activities our massage therapists will ease sore muscles and help you to recover for a new day of activities.
