" I had a fantastic two weeks and now feel ready to take on the world! Southern Track services were totally accomodating to my requests.
The bike rides, hikes and gym sessions were fantastic and the trainers Janina & David were great! I was very surprised how much weight (8kg) I had lost. I'm confident I will continue excercising regularly and eating healthily.
